Be afraid; be very afraid...
Is there any hope for this benighted nation? On the evidence of this story; no, there's no hope. We're all fucked. The children are being systematically turned into a bunch of pansified cowards.
I really don't understand this, if a fox saw a bunch of kids milling outside a school it would turn tail and head off into the distance (bit like me really) Stupid decision by risk averse teachers.

Stupid? Undoubtedly, but in keeping with the driving philosophy of the educationalists, which is all about control.
