"I am by birth a free Commoner of England, and am thereby intailed or intituled unto an equall priviledge with your selfe, or the greatest men in England, unto the freedome and liberty of the Lawes of England." William Thompson, 14. of December, 1647

what ho, old boy!
God, this track needs some serious quantization. Not a bad groove, though..
Have been perusing the blog, after an absence. I notice fulminations over the dozen eggs/EU thing - don't believe a word of it. This smells like typical anti-EU misinformation peddled by the tabloids.
The rule of law post looks far too serious for me..I'll tackle it after a glass of wine, or two
But Alex Jones on the BP spill is just typical - I'm sorry, I don't buy it.
Anyways, IWas meaning to suggest a pint, but I've got more overtime coming up, so it looks like a rain-check for the time being. I know you must be crushed
Hey, that's pretty cool!
"don't believe a word of it"
Hey, I just report the stories.
"But Alex Jones on the BP spill is just typical - I'm sorry, I don't buy it."
No need to apologise, but rather than just dismiss it all, because it's AJ that's saying it, you should look at the substance. There are major issues around safety, that experienced professionals were ignored, and that the federal government has blocked efforts to contain the spill, such as refusing help from other countries, so ships that could be there sucking up the oil are kept out. Whether it is all just a monumental fuck-up, heads still should roll if it is the case that it could have been prevented, or that fed involvement has made it worse, and people should watch out for the 'never let a good crisis go to waste' opportunism that is coming.
'Quantization'?
Blast from the past.
