The European Arrest Warrant is one of the clearest examples of how this country's membership of the European Union has been used to nullify long-established protections against the violence of the state.

Let us not accept the Nuremburg Defence when it comes to this treasonous attack on justice. Yes indeed, vile scum like Graham Watson MEP, who boasts of his involvement in having the 'legislation' enacted, are guiltier than most, but guilty also are the pen-pushing Judas trash and black-uniformed goons who have taken this ludicrous warrant from the Portuguese authorities and used it to attack an innocent man.

We are told that the UK government are 'looking into the matter'. What that means in reality is FUCK ALL. The Tory Party and even more so the Lib Dems, of which vile scum Graham Watson MEP is one, are instrumental in implementing this rape of our Magna Carta rights. See below for details:

Vince Cable to launch an offensive? That fucker is offensive; to the eye; to the ear; to the brain and to the beating heart of a freeborn English patriot, such as myself. Here's the news:

Vince Cable has vowed to launch a fresh offensive to keep Britain in the [hated] EU.

Mr Cable said: 'What the country needs is confidence we're still part of the [hated] EU

And what weapons will he be wheeling out to launch this offensive against his own country? Quake thee not, my dear patriot friends. Imagine a 50p rocket that got dropped accidently and unseen into a puddle and left outside for a couple of nights - that's about as much fire-power that Colonel Cable can muster. Specifically he goes with the old hand-shandy favourite; he states how much trade this nation has with the [hated] EU and tries to imply that all this would evaporate if we dared to reclaim our birthright sovereignty. He can't make the argument outright, which is essentially that the [hated] EU would declare a trade war, because then even the fluoridated head of a BBC agit-propster might have to dribble; 'hang on a mo... is that really likely?'

The answer is; No, of course not, Cable you fucking twat. Why would they? And if it were the case, it would be yet another reason to take back our independence as soon as possible. If they can't keep us with love, they sure as hell won't keep us with threats of violence.

So, Cable, if you're reading, please let me know when this offensive of yours is getting started, I'd hate to miss it.

USA: Requiem for a free country

Either Monday or Tuesday the Senate will vote on a bill that allows the US military to imprison civilians with no formal charges and hold them with no trial.

The ACLU reports even US citizens wouldn't be immune as the legislation aims to declare national territory part of the "battlefield" in the War on Terror.

Termed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and drafted behind closed doors by Senators Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) the NDAA would:

1) Explicitly authorize the federal government to indefinitely imprison without charge or trial American citizens and others picked up inside and outside the United States;

(2) Mandate military detention of some civilians who would otherwise be outside of military control, including civilians picked up within the United States itself; and

(3) Transfer to the Department of Defense core prosecutorial, investigative, law enforcement, penal, and custodial authority and responsibility now held by the Department of Justice.

It marks the end of any veto power for the puppet administration of Westminster in a host of policy areas, and it explains why the traitorous government are happy to pledge a referendum for any future power transfers - because they know and we know there's nothing left to transfer.
