this is the flag of Brussels.
Brussels is a lovely city
I was using Brussels as a shortened version of Brussels Bastard Empire, although I should perhaps have given it its full title of:
"The bureaucratic tyranny of Herman van Fuckwit and his crew of traitorous quisling scum"
which according to public opinion is the most accurate.
