Such ignorance from such a "travelled" man - Northern Ireland, according to him, was all ENGLAND'S fault, England was the invading force.
Had he bothered to "observe" more deeply he might have noticed the Union flag, or he might have found out that the Black and Tans consisted of, among others, the sweepings from Scottish jails.
No wonder people get confused.
You English don't face up to your history
That's because the subject matter concerns "BRITISH" history not "English" history
No British history I study in schols in the Uk let along English , Scots etc
