Licence to kill

Back in January Judge Andrew Napolitano asked how many more innocent people would be gunned down in their own homes by rampaging cops prosecuting 'the war on drugs' before this madness would stop?

The answer is, sadly, plenty more, including ex-marine Jose Guerena, shot 60 times by a SWAT team in Pima County, Arizona.

The debate on drugs has reared its head over here in the last few days, thanks to an advert placed by various famous people, calling for the repeal of these nonsensical and destructive laws. Thankfully, however, no matter how bad our drug laws are, we have not sunk to such depths as America, which seems to have transformed into a version of the kind of tinpot dictatorships they used to prop up down below the Rio Grande.
